Bonus claim

A Real Wagering bonus is available on the first deposit. With this type of bonus, all wagering is done using bets from the real balance under the bonus terms. The total wagering requirement is calculated as the wagering multiplier multiplied by the bonus amount. Once the full requirement is met, the bonus funds are moved to the real balance and become available for withdrawal. For example, if a client receives a 200 AUD deposit bonus with a 15x wagering multiplier, they must place bets from their real balance totalling 3,000 AUD (200 × 15) for the bonus to be considered fully wagered.

A Freebet is a bet at our expense, granted to players for taking part in promotional offers, bonus programs, and similar campaigns. The winnings from a Freebet are credited to the main account as net winnings, calculated as the difference between the total return and the Freebet stake.

Net winnings = Freebet win amount − Freebet amount.

For example, if a user places a 40 AUD Freebet at odds of 2.5 and the bet wins, they will receive 60 AUD in net winnings to their account.

Calculation example:

• 40 AUD (Freebet amount) × 2.5 = 100 AUD total return.
• 100 AUD − 40 AUD = 60 AUD net winnings.
