1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Journey to Lapland promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is held on the official page of the WinSpirit website (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") at 
1.2. Promotion Period: From 11.11.2025 09:00 UTC to 12.01.2026 23:59 UTC. Dates may change at the discretion of the Organizer.
1.3. During the Promotion, Participants can engage in various activities to win real money prizes, free spins, sports bonuses, and coins for theGift Shop promotion.

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
3.1. Individuals who are 18 years of age or older are allowed to participate in the Promotion and its events.
3.2. Individuals who do not meet the requirements for Participants of the Promotion are not eligible to receive prizes from the Promotion.

4. PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
4.1. The Promotion offers various activities for participants to engage in:

4.1.2. Quests. Participants complete various tasks to earn guaranteed rewards, which may include bonuses, free spins, coins, and real money. A total of over 20 quests will be available for players.
4.1.3. Tournaments. Lasting up to 7 days, tournaments require participants to earn points in specific games to compete for prizes.
4.1.4. Sports activities. Sports activities consist of three tournaments and an advent calendar featuring sports offers.
4.1.5. Gift Mail. Every day, participants can access special offers on the Promotion page, which include bonuses, free spins, or coins.

5. PROMOTION PRIZE POOL
5.1 The total prize pool for the Promotion is  2 000 000 EUR , distributed across slot, Live Casino, and sports betting promotions.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS AND THE ORGANIZER
6.1. Participants have the right:
6.1.1. Read the Promotion Rules.
6.1.2. Participate in the Promotion as outlined in these Rules and the specific rules for each event.
6.1.3. Demand the issuance of a prize if they fulfill all the conditions for its receipt.
6.2. Participants undertake:
6.2.1.Participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules and the specific rules for each event.
6.2.2. Comply with other provisions of these Rules.
6.3. The Organizer has the right:
6.3.1. Make changes to these Promotion Rules and the specific rules for each event without prior notice to the Participants.
6.3.2. Unilaterally invalidate all participation applications and prohibit further participation in the Promotion by any person who falsifies or benefits from falsifying the results of the Promotion or violates the Promotion Rules.
6.3.3. Refuse the Participant of the Promotion if the information provided by the Participant is not complete and reliable, as well as if this person did not have the right to participate in the Promotion.
6.3.4. Cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice to the participants.
6.4. The organizer undertakes:
6.4.1. Carry out the awarding of the winners in accordance with the specific rules for each event.

7. OTHER TERMS
7.1. The Organizer respects the confidentiality of the data received from the Promotion Participant.
7.2. The fact of participation in the Promotion means the full consent of the Participant with these Rules for the promotion.
7.3. The participant agrees to be interviewed for promotional materials. The rights to these materials will belong only to the Organizer.
